Allen’s Path to Twin Peaks
Allen Sussman is the Interim Chief Legal Officer of Twin Peaks. Allen has also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of FAT Brands Inc. since March 2021. Allen joined FAT Brands from Loeb & Loeb LLP in Los Angeles, where he was a partner in the Corporate Practice Group and served as FAT Brands’ outside corporate and securities counsel. Prior to private practice, in the early 1990s, Allen served as a staff attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC. Allen holds a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law.
