Patrick’s Path to Twin Peaks
Patrick Roso started his foodservice career in sales working for Gourmet Foods International, a premier specialty food importer serving white tablecloth restaurants, private clubs and specialty grocers in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. His career led him to procurement roles at LSG Sky Chefs and Brinker International working directly with Product Innovation and R&D. After a purchasing management position at Corner Bakery Café Patrick moved to Front Burner Restaurants to help with the aggressive growth schedule for their Twin Peaks Restaurants concept. Now as VP of Supply Chain / F&B, he oversees the Purchasing department, Culinary, F&B and the Twin Peaks Brewery in Irving, TX.
