Paul’s Path to Twin Peaks
Paul Stevens serves as the Vice President of Design and Development for Twin Peaks. He leads the team that creates all corporate and franchise building and kitchen designs, and assists the franchise partners in every aspect of their new restaurant development. Paul leads the team that implements all FF&E purchasing, as well as construction site visits for all franchise job sites. Paul has worked for 25 years in restaurant development, with project management roles at McDonalds, 12 years at Brinker International (projects with Chili’s, Maggiano’s and On The Border), and for the last 10 years he has led the design and development efforts at Twin Peaks.
Paul graduated Texas A&M with a BS in Environmental Design. Prior to finding his wheelhouse in restaurants, Paul spent 7 years designing and building Zales Jewelers and Pier 1 Imports. Outside of work, Paul is passionate about spending time with his wife and 2 grown children, growing vegetables for his friends, and fishing.
